Why a Low-Intervention and Natural Wine Shop?

First, because we trust the wine, the producers, their methods, and their impact on those who drink them. We believe there is a huge difference between the wines we offer and the wines found in other stores, which are often confused with the wines available in large supermarkets.

Second, an online store allows people outside major urban centers to access low-intervention wines as easily as those who have the privilege, or the circumstance, of living in an urban center where these wines are more readily available. We are aware of the limited number of wine shops that offer the wines we have here. We also know about the often unreasonable prices charged by these points of sale. We are sure that these unfair prices are not set by the producers. We practice reasonable prices to increase the sharing of these wines.

Third, because we love to drink and taste all the wines we sell. Not all wines can please everyone; certainly, some will appeal more to some than to others. However, all the wines we offer are free from faults, allowing for a confident purchase without the unpleasant surprise that the bottle you made an effort to buy turned out to be bad.

Fourth, because it makes sense to us to have more than one wine from each producer and not to fall into the obvious or easier-to-sell choices. Did you like Alfredo’s wine? We will certainly have more of Alfredo’s labels for you to try.

Fifth, because this format allows for discovery with a strongly curated wine club. We do the work of selecting and preparing the boxes with a story to tell, and you get the pleasure of discovering it as you open the bottles.

Finally, because it is done out of love, passion, pleasure, and a willingness to share that pleasure. Maybe one day you will open a bottle with someone by your side, and the world will change slightly for both of you, side by side.
