The manual harvest of the Encruzado grape variety took place in September and that of Arinto in August. Destemming for open lagar, 4-day maceration with foot treading. Pressing and fermentation in oak barrels. Aged in used oak barrels for 11 months. No enological products were added, except for small amounts of sulfur. It was not filtered or clarified.
