Aging: 16 months in 225 l used french oak barrels. 6 months in bottle

Manual harvest into boxes. Total destemming without crushing, with fermentation in lagar for each variety separately, using indigenous yeasts. Gentle and manual pump-overs. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks and aging in used 225 l French oak barrels for 16 months. Aged in the bottle for 6 months.
It was neither fined nor filtered.
