Hand picked. Destemmed without crush, spontaneous fermentation in lagar of the 3 grape varieties separately. Arinto and Fernão Pires are used, with skin maceration and fermentation in barrel. Moscatel was fermented with skin maceration in the style of orange wine. Part was aged in used French oak barrels and the remaining part was with stainless steel. Minimum addition of sulfur. Unfiltered.
