Viosinho grapes from the vineyards of Tapada da Ajuda, Lisbon. Hand-harvested in the last week of August 2023. Fully destemmed, with 24-hour skin maceration and spontaneous fermentation using indigenous yeasts. Pressed and aged for 7 months in stainless steel tanks.
