Whole bunch fermented Moscatel Graúdo grapes grown in a north-facing vineyard in the freshness of Palmela on the Setubal peninsula south of the Tagus, fermentation and 2-month post-fermentation on-skin maceration in 200l clay amphorae, aged for another 6 months in amphora.

Tasting notes: Fresh, brute white and yellow fruit; complex nose with mature exotic fruit, orange and spices.
