Fermentation: 5 days skin contact, in stainless steel tanks
Aging: 9 months in used french oak barrels
Alcohol: 13.1%
A wine that expresses and represents a terroir and a region and which the grapes are grown 8km from the ocean.
Grapes harvested typically earlier in search of much fresher notes, less sugar concentration and higher natural acidity. Hand harvest and very rigorous selection of the best grapes into 15kg crates.
5 days skin contact, spontaneous fermentation with wild yeasts and without the usage of any
enology product. Aged for 9 months in French oak barrels. Unfined and Unfiltered.
While tasting shows up with a deep opened ruby colour, with floral, plum and spices notes on the nose. On the palate shows mineral but intense with well present and polished tannins. The after taste is long and persistent.
