Aging: 9 months in used french oak barrels with "flor"

A wine that expresses and represents a terroir and a region and which the grapes are grown 8km from the ocean.

Grapes harvested typically earlier in search of much fresher notes, less sugar concentration and higher natural acidity. Hand harvest and very rigorous selection of the best grapes into 15kg crates.

5 days skin contact with wild yeasts and without the usage of any enology products. Aged for 9 months in French oak barrels with “flor”. Unfined and unfiltered.

While tasting, shows a deep amber colour, with notes of flowers, peach and caramelized orange on the nose. In the palate shows up mineral, light, crispy and balanced acidity and medium body. Medium but pleasant finish.
