Red wine made from white and red grapes (60% - 40%) of more than 15 native varieties from different plots between 60 and 80 years old. Spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeast. The red and white grapes were co-fermented in fiber tanks. Bottled before fermentation finished to finish in bottle.
