Red wine made from white and red grapes (60% - 40%) of more than 15 native varieties from different plots between 60 and 80 years old. The red and white grapes were co-fermented. Maceration during 5 days followed by foot treading and gentle pumping over. Aged for 7 months, 80% in stainless steel tanks and 20% in used oak barrels.
