Grape varieties: Touriga Nacional, Touriga Franca, Tinta Roriz
Fermentation: schist lagar and stainless steel
Aging: 18 months in french oak barrels
Production: 3.190 bottles and 100 Magnuns
Alcohol: 13.5%
SO2 Total: 54 mg/l
The grapes harvested at the end of August fermented in stainless steel tanks and schist lagars with foot treading and about 40% whole clusters. Natural fermentation with indigenous yeasts, with only a sulfur solution added. Aged for 18 months in French oak barrels.
