Fermentation: schist lagar and stainless steel
Aging: 12 months in french oak barrels
Production: 8.800 bottles and 80 Magnuns

The grapes harvested at the end of August fermented in stainless steel tanks and schist lagars. Natural fermentation with indigenous yeasts, with only sulfur solution added. Aged for 12 months in French oak barrels.
