Red wine made from red grape varieties from different plots between 60 and 80 years old. Spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeast. Whole cluster maceration (carbonic maceration) during 5 days followed by foot treading and gentle pumping over. Aged for 8 months in stainless steel tanks. Bottled in July 2024.
