White wine made from white native grape varieties from different plots between 60 and 80 years old. Spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeast. Foot treading and pressing of whole clusters. Fermentation in cement tanks. Aged for 8 months in stainless steel tanks. Bottled in July 2024.
