The Label is just a berry cut in half, and instead of seeds (that can originate a new life), the artist drew a human life originator - the Génesis of life.\"\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eArinto harvested by hand and brought to the winery (walking distance). Grapes were crushed by foot treading and left to macerate for 2 to 3 days. Finished fermentation in an old barrel and grape seeds were collected from the tank and left to dry.
